• What services do you offer at Guernsey Medispa?

  We offer ONE service and that is to give you the results you are looking for.

  To do this, we have a wide range of treatments using top class medical devices and regenerative products.

  Using a combination of your needs and our expertise, together, we  decide which treatments will be the best to get you the results you are looking for.

• Can you provide more details about each treatment, including how they work and what results I can expect?

  Yes certainly, come in and see one of our experts for a consultation. You will be able to tell her what you would like to achieve and based on your discussion, your aesthetician will provide details on treatments that will be beneficial to you and the results you can expect.

• Do you have licensed and experienced professionals performing the treatments?

  Yes, all our team holds certification and insurance in the treatments they perform but more than that, we are all very experienced in our own fields and work together as a team to discuss treatment plans, outcomes and what is best for our clients.  We pride ourselves on our professionalism.

• What safety measures do you have in place to ensure the well-being of your clients during treatments?

  • Training, training, and more training
  • Clinically trialed medical devices
  • Medical grade products

   

  Continual education is part of our work ethos here at Guernsey Medispa – you can read about some of our educational trips on our blog pages. 

  If you want to be top of your game, you must study.

• How many sessions of a particular treatment might I need to see optimal results?

  This will all be covered by your aesthetician in your consultation as it depends on what condition your skin is in.

• Are there any potential side effects or risks associated with the treatments you offer?

  Yes, there can be. This will all be gone through with you in detail on your consent form which you will be required to sign before beginning any treatment. 

  Sofwave face lifting treatment has no known risks associated with the treatment.

• Do you offer any personalised consultations to determine which treatments would be best suited for my needs?

  Yes, we only can make you up a treatment plan once we have seen and spoken to you.  We do not do any treatments without a plan in place first.

• Can you provide me with information about the pricing for your services?

  Yes, there is a price guide on the treatment page but full price can only be given once we have seen you and discussed what it is that you would like to achieve and made up a treatment plan that is going to get you there.

• Do you have any before-and-after photos or client testimonials that showcase the results of your treatments?

  Yes, we do have some on the gallery page of our website and we can show you more when you come in for your consultation.

• I am only looking to have one treatment done, are you able to do that without a consultation?

  We are able to do a light skin peel, or a Korean Facial without a consultation and can just work on how your skin presents that day.

  Aesthetic treatments work in courses.  Our clients are looking to create a difference in their skins and understand that one treatment is not going to cut the mustard. They are happy to invest in themselves with a treatment plan.
