  Yes, all our treatments are carried out by licensed and experienced professionals. Our team includes trained aestheticians and a qualified doctor, ensuring you receive expert care and the highest-quality treatments.

• How many sessions of a particular treatment might I need to see optimal results?

  This will all be covered by your aesthetician in your consultation as it depends on what condition your skin is in.

• Are there any potential side effects or risks associated with the treatments you offer?

  Yes, there can be. This will all be gone through with you in detail on your consent form which you will be required to sign before beginning any treatment. 

  Sofwave face lifting treatment has no known risks associated with the treatment.

• Do you offer any personalised consultations to determine which treatments would be best suited for my needs?

  Yes, we only can make you up a treatment plan once we have seen and spoken to you.  We do not do any treatments without a plan in place first.

• Can you provide me with information about the pricing for your services?

  To get a clear idea of the pricing for our services, we recommend scheduling a consultation or calling us. While we do have a rough price guide, a complete and accurate quote can only be provided after we’ve had the chance to understand your goals and create a tailored treatment plan for you.

• Do you have any before-and-after photos or client testimonials that showcase the results of your treatments?

  Yes, we do .Just ask, and we will be happy to share .

• I am only looking to have one treatment done, are you able to do that without a consultation?

  We are able to do a light skin peel, or a Korean Facial without a consultation and can just work on how your skin presents that day.

  Aesthetic treatments work in courses.  Our clients are looking to create a difference in their skins and understand that one treatment is not going to cut the mustard. They are happy to invest in themselves with a treatment plan.
